Wilderness Lodge to Fort Wilderness

How do you get to Fort Wilderness from Wilderness Lodge? Particularly for the campfire and movie. Last time I went to FW I did not realize that once you arrived at FW you then had to take a bus to the restaurant and then another bus to the campfire site.

Is there a way to ge to the campfire and movie site from WL without going to the main entrance at FW?

At the WL you can get a resort map and it will show you the location of a jogging path that connect WL to FW. I haven't been on it but I hear its quite nice and about a 5-10 min. walk.

It took us about 20 minutes to walk to FW from WL. The path isn't lighted, so would not be a good choice at night. The boat from WL to FW is a nice ride and takes about 5 minutes. Then you can take the buses if you need to.

Yes - the path is about a 5-10 minute bike ride, making it maybe a 20 minute walk. It is not lit at night as previously mentioned. It is very nice and scenic during the day. I would recommend the boat also!
