I was looking at a thread with some resort room pics and I discovered one from the WL that was supposedly I believe a courtyard view and their paito/sliding glass door was overlooking on a close level a TON OF PEOPLE lounging around which what appeared to be the pool area perhaps. What view can I get where I'm NOT overlooking people but am overlooking peace and quiet with nothing but water or woods. I wouldn't find looking over people at that low of a level room with a sliding glass door appealing at all. I mean overlooking a lake, woods, or even like the Boardwalk if you are up on the higher floors, looking down at people on the boardwalk is cool but this one pic was just kind of weird to have a room overlooking people that close to your room. Just not my cup of tea. We are considering the WL and I would like a room that has a GOOD VIEW. THANKS!princess:

well, woods view would do that. Its not on the lake, you can have a beautiful lake view but it also views the pool. I will get pics of my view i had. One moment :).

I thought I had pics from the daytime looking out, but I apparently don't. The night time pic is from the balcony of my room. If you look left the lake would be in the distance. The people around the pool are not particularly close, I'm sure it'd be different on floor 1 but that's how it is with most 1st floor rooms.

I think the pool view is amazing :).

A Quieter Courtyard View.

View Over Lake. The Balcony Was "Enclosed", so you had to stand to see this view.

ranger, your last picture was an amazing view! Was that woods or courtyard?

Love the pics. If anyone has any other courtyard view pics, I would love to see them - that's what we'll have in April.:)

Hi,

We had booked a courtyard view and were given a room at the very end of the corridor with views over bay lake. We could see the electric water pageant from our balcony.

The only downside was the enclosed balcony, you couldn't sit and enjoy the view.
