Wilderness Lodge room question

My family and I went on our first trip to Disney last June. We stayed at Animal Kingdom and absoluetly LOVED the entire trip.

We plan on returning to WDW in June '09. We are looking at staying at the Wilderness Lodge. I am interested in the Otter Pond view rooms that look toward MK. Are these concierge level only?

I did look at the WL FAQ thread below, but couldn't find my answer. I am sure it is there, just couldn't find it.

I am not against concierge and in fact upgraded to conceirge level the week before our trip last year and felt it was SO worth it for a first time trip. However, if this room is an option without that, I would like to try and get that reserved when we set the plans. (Yes, I know over a year away, but I am an over-planner and that did work to our benefit last year.)

Any info would be appreciated!

Facing the MK are either std view or woods view. Perhaps some concierege on the 6th floor. Here is a map showing what views are on that side. It will be the rooms on the top of the map for the MK side. I really like 4016 which is a woodsview bunkbed room.
