I looked on the website and it says $25 more per night/ per adult if more then 2 adults in the room.

My question, if my mother, sister and 11 year old niece are in a room, will my niece who is over 10 have to pay an extra $25 a night? It's $265 per night but says for 2 adults and more then that in the room is $25 per adult per night. Does and 11 year old get charged that? Will their rate go up to $290 per night?

Guests under 18 are not charged the fee, as they are not considered adults from the resort standpoint. Only the 3rd (or more) guest that is 18 or older.

The charge is for the third adult, and adult for the Disney resort is anyone over 17 years old.

10 and older is considered adult for tickets and the dining plan, but as has been stated, 18 is considered adult for the hotels.
