Wilderness Lodge Questions

I have a woods view room ressie at the Wilderness Lodge and was wondering which room had the best view of the castle. I know the bottom floor rooms have chairs out on the patio, but what about the rooms with balcony's? Do these rooms have charis on them? Are the holiday decorations lit up all the time (i.e. the tree)? How do you get to the higher levels to view the lobby from above? Can you request to be a flag family if you're going solo? Are the pools heated? What time do the pools & hot tubs close/open? Is the boat to the Magic Kingdom & Contemporary still running? How is the bus service? How early/late do the boats run? On MH days at the MK, do the boats run early or just the buses?
