I saw some great info on a Jr. Suite at WL on deb's site but no prices. I currently have a rack rate at CR for October but am an AP holder and hope for a better rate.

SIL and her ds may join us and with 2 adults and 3 kids the WL Jr Suite looks like a great option. Any idea what rack rate would be in Oct or if they would offer an AP discount on that accomodation?

FWIW - I will be traveling with my 2 dds 7 and 9 and SIL will be with her 2yo son so we could do a regular room at a deluxe if it has the daybed for my 9yo.

Any ideas suggestions and hints would be great esp the rack rate in Oct for the WL jr suite - TIA

TJ

The rack rate for a Jr Suite, now called a deluxe room, is $435 per night. Since this is technically a suite, any type of discounts usually don't apply (WDW doesn't give code rates to suites), with the exception of maybe AAA.

Here's the information you requested. I have received a discount on this room type but there are very few so discounts are hard to come by. Please check-out the The New (Part 4) WL FAQ Thread by clicking on the link below:

Why not rent a DVC room. The 1 bed has a jacuzzi too!

This would be a good option for Sunday-Thursday stay you would need 120 points that is 24 points a night for a one bedroom. If you rent the points for $10.00 a point thats $240.00 a night or $1200.00 for the five nights (no tax).

Friday and Saturday the points are more 47 points a night or $470 a night x2=94 pointsX $10.00 =$940.00 + $1200.00
total $2140.00 (no tax) 7nights

Deluxe Jr. Suite $435.00 x 7 nights= $3045.00 plus tax of apx 11.5% $350.18
total $3395.18 7nights.
* you may or may not receive a discount code.

For the week you would need 214 points.
