The cast members on CL are very helpful and greet you often when you get on/off the elevators, its rather refreshing to hear "welcome home" after a day in the parks. The lounge is rather small, compared to AKL and probably other CLs, but I enjoyed it, especially since you can sit and look down to watch people in the lobby, or you can sit at the window and look at the lake and pool. The food wasn't as diverse as AKL (the only other CL I've stayed at), but I have to say, I fell in love with the cookies there.
