I have heard some people mention this. Can anyone tell me what it is? Do you book this special, it is an upgrade? We are staying there next week and just wondering what it is?
Thanks!!

Yes, CL has to be booked...unless your very fortanate and get upgraded. The cost is normally more then the regular rooms...although it varies at the diff resorts. We always stay CL Poly....it's just convienant for us. They have cont breakfasts, midday snacks, light appetizers and desserts(evenings) and then beverages...including limited alcohol(in evenings) turn down service, they book your ADRs for you...and other perks as well. Not sure what the AKL all has since we've never stayed there. But they are all the same to some extent.....only normally with small differences. Hope this helps! :)

I booked WL concierge this past April. We are checking in there on Sunday and I've just booked standard, but hoping to be upgraded! The cost of concierge there was about $150 extra...not worth it to me, but I wanted to experience it. Not being heavy eaters, and as we tend to hang around the resort more than some, it pays to have food available most of the time for us. But the cost of that food is exorbitant, IMO!

Edited to add that $150 is per night...

1) Disney changed the name Concierge Floor to Club Floor.
2) It is not concierge-quality service, and people complained about the term.
3) You get
. . . pre-planning, so they can make ADR's for you prior to your arrival
. . . food and beverages placed in the lounge 7:00am-10:00pm
. . . usually they have a turn down service
. . . packages bought in parks can be delivered to your room

NOTE: Whether Club Floor is worth it to you is a personal decision. It is definitely not worth it monetarily, but many people want the little extra service that Club Level supports.

When you stay CL @ WL are your chances of getting dining reservations at a certain rest., better or do you get the same service everyone else gets? That alone would be worth the extra $$$ to me. So many times we have a change of plans and then can't get last minute dining reservations, to get dining reservations at the last minute through CL would be :wizard:

I stayed 3 nights each at AKL,Poly, and WL CL (great rates) WL was the only one that was a big dissapointment. Not only would I never stay WL CL again I may never stay there again at all.I stayed there 2 years ago (woodsview) and loved it but I had a couple of issues there in December and I emailed WDW guest relations over a week ago and still haven't heard back from them.FYI,WL CL locks up a couple of hours during the day and guest aren't even able to get water. As far as I am concerned AKL CL is definetely the best deal available, great food offerings and service and decent rates for CL.:)
