First time at WL - Traveling with people from all ages (3-63) what's the best location for access to boat to MK, pool, food courts etc. But also would like a bit of quiet for sleep. Any suggestions?

Going 9/21 - 9/26.:)

I would suggest the North Wing near the elevator. Noise has never been an issue for us and we have even stayed over the loading dock. If you are near the elevator on the North Wing, it will take you right to Roarin Forks and then it will be a short walk to the pool, boat, laundry (if needed). But really, there isn't a location that is that far of a walk to anything, this is one of the appealing things about the WL.

Thanks. Any idea of room numbers in that area? Would like to request.

Hi we just got back from WL and stayed in room 6007, we had a courtyard view andit was very nice. We were told that the courtyard views are the best (I would disagree) There are a handful of rooms with a view of the MK. I wanted that one so bad! LOL! We were just a short walk to the elevator and the snack shop was just down the hall from the elevator on the 1st floor to refill mugs and pick up some food.

I just got back from WL and stayed in room 1156. It was a courtyard view and was across from the quiet pool. It was directly across from the path leading to the pool and you could see a few chairs from the room. NEVER heard any noise and it also was around the corner from the big pool which is right by the Roaring Forks to get drinks and snacks. Loved this room.
