Has anyone ever been able to book WL with the free dining promo?

I was wondering if it'd be better to book WL tonight, then add the promo code for free dining tomorrow.

We booked WL and free dining in 2006 and 2007. We booked early in 2007 and added the free dining code as soon as it was released. For 2006, we received a pin code postcard for the free dining.

In 2006 we booked our whole pkg. with FD at WL, after it was announced for the general public. Here's hoping for this year!

I would wait and see if WL has free dining. Just because you have a room doesn't mean there are rooms available with free dining.

We had FD at the WL in September 2006. I didn't have any problem getting what I wanted and I didn't book until June, which was about 2+ months after the promo was announced. I'd wait to book until the FD promo is offered to see if WL is available with FD because booking a room now will only increase capacity. And if a resort is near capacity, there's no reason for Disney to offer any incentive to fill that particular resort. Good luck and I hope you get the resort/dates you want

We have WL woods view booked with the bounceback free dining. We originally booked the Poly when we were there last year, but decided to change for a different experience and they still honored the offer. We added two nights at the beginning without free dining so I'm hoping to add that on when the offer is public.
