Wild West card game on Big Bang Theory?

Just watch tonight's episode of Big Bang Theory and they were playing a card game that had to do with the wild west. Looked and sounded kind of fun. Anyone know if it is a real game?

Mystic Warlords of Ka'ah is now a real game. The game they were playing tonight was an expansion pack of that game.

Well, it's a 'real' game now, but it's a Facebook game, not a CCG. So the expansion is also made up.
