We were having that problem too. I called DCL and they were able to update my info in their system (although it doesn't show online). I think if you just print out the pages and sign them you should be OK.

We finally got back on to do the second and after finishing we get a message that said there is a problem. Since last night we've been trying to sign back on. We keep getting alternating messeges. Either "we can't find this number" or "our reservation system is down." If anyone has a free minute can they sign on and see if it works for them or if it's just our number it doesn't like?
I know we can just fill out the papers from out package, but I was hoping to get it done today.
