DSs pirate outfit came in the mail yesterday - really cute. Now I am just hoping mine will come in time!! I hate the shipping time from US to Canada. Interestingly the woman lives in St Petersburgh FL so worst case I suppose I could get her to ship to the hotel? Is St Petersburgh anywhere near Orlando?? Sorry about my lame-o geography.

Fairly dull day here today. DSs Halloween party should be in full swing at school - hope he is enjoying himself. God bless teachers LOL.

A friend of mine with kiddos the same age as DS is coming over to visit tomorrow so I am planning some 'ghoulish' dinner items - worm burgers and hot dog mummies (wish me luck ). DH and I are then skipping out for an 8pm dinner out while my friend watches the kids. We are hoping to run them around so by that time they will settle into a movie - Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown or something like that.

Hello everyone. The printer called today. The shirts are done. I went and picked them up at Noon and all I have to say is "Just wait till you see them". I will be making the trek to the post office this afternoon. For some reason my boss wants me to work right now.

I was hopping - hardly at my desk all day, and no computer access in the lab. I must say though, i put it to good use - while I was tending my robots, I downloaded and read the entire Passporter cruise tips ebook! Now, I'd better get off - got laundry in, having overnight guests, and a dinner party.

Wendy & Cheri, Bill says I'm not allowed to go on a cruise without him. I told him he'd look pretty silly on a GIRLS cruise . Last night we were talking about the cruise (I know, big surprise, huh?!), and he said to me, "I'm not going to see you at all on this cruise, am I? You'll be with the girls the whole time." I told him, in as sweet a voice as I could, "That's not true, honey! I'll still sleep with you!" (sorry Wendy, guess we have to change plans now )

We could let the guys go and share a room together!

Hey -- I thought Wendy was staying in our cabin!!!!!

I'm here now!!! Bill actually made me go into work today! And then I spent the day trying to help clients save money on their existing policies -- how are we ever going to pay for this cruise?

I now have to go get the house straightened up and pack for our little overnight trip to Milwaukee with the kids. We wanted to go downtown Chicago, but everything is booked solid this weekend.

Not much else happening here.

Here's something you fans of "The Office" may appreciate. DD came home today saying they talked about drugs today at school (National Drug Awareness day). She asked if Bill & I took drugs.
I said, "No. Only losers take drugs." (OK, so I lied -- I didn't think we needed to talk about all the drugs made from grapes and hops we've had over the years! )
So she said, "You mean Dwight takes drugs?"

It gave me a little chuckle!

Nothing else goin on here. Just got home from work a little while ago...these dogs just wear me out. My DD dog, I just cant figure him out. Wally and I are standing there talking..I'm standing the the 3rd step to our family room, Louie comes down to stair #2 and lifts his leg and pee's. Now he just came in from being out this is just driving me nuts My DD is aware and said she would pay for a profession carpet cleaning.....Gee I was hoping for new carpeting....

Good Evening Everyone ,
Well just got home from Toys R Us and the Mall. Toys R Us had the cutest Elmo stocking for Christmas so I got that for DS and a Elmo World's tape. Went to NY& CO and got a nice dress shirt for the cruise . I got alot done today. Tomorrow I am going to enjoy a day to myself !! Getting my hair-cut and maybe nails done and going to run errands and get things for the cruise!! Well I am off to make dinner. DH is running late !! Talk to you tomorrow!!

Howdy guys. The shirts went out this afternoon. I sent them the best I could. Sarah, they told me 7-9 days to get it to you without having to sever a vein for payment. There is an envelope in each package with my address on it and a invoice (for lack of better word) in each package. (TOO much time on hands). I hope everyone likes them. Denise -- OMG -- I can't believe that dog of DD's! I guess he's trying to let you know he's staking a claim there at your place. By the time she returns, it may have been cheaper to buy new carpet (if he keeps up at the same rate.) By the way, how is she doing? I think of her (and you) whenever I hear the grim details of what's going on over there.

We "adopted" a cat, but DH won't allow it in the house because we don't want it to pee everywhere. Our other cats, Wyatt & Doc, fight with him every chance they get.

Shell -- Jessalyn said another funny: She asked who was prettier, and being the nice mom, I said she was. She responded that she must've had more pain. (I always tell her as I'm brushing her hair or grooming her, that "beauty is pain" ). Being a bit quicker than yesterday, it only took me 2 seconds to laugh!

Well, I'm enjoying some fermented grapes before supper (dinner). Must pack for our mini-trip!!!

Sarah -- It seems that we meet so many people who know where Wawa is or they have been there.

I had a productive day even though Worm-Overload-Recreational-Killer (WORK) interfered.

Dave's BD is 12/6 and I wanted to surprise him with a gift on the ship. Are there any Monty Python fans in our group? I'm not one, as I don't understand the humor -- way over my head! Anyway, Spamalot is coming to Detroit in late December so I bought tickets online today. I'll have our server at Palo (hopefully, Anne Marie) bring his gift to the table during dinner. I'm not going to see Spamalot, my boss has offered to go with him as he is a MP fan.

Anne Marie -- Dave doesn't ask for a lot in life; he's kind of a low maintenance guy. BUT ... He gave me ORDERS to make sure we get Anne Marie at Palo. Geeze, like I have time to beg for a server on my vacation.

Went to Bravo tonight for dinner with a co-worker, Holly, who is also a DISer and a 3 time Magic cruiser. It's fun talking DCL with her.

Where has Jeff been this week??? His team -- Pitt -- has a day of rest tomorrow. I'll have to wager another bet with him when Pitt plays the Mountaineers next month.
