I hate to admit it, but yes i remeber the song very well!! I can remember walking around singing along to it on a tiny transister radio.

Do you remember the "Ugly Wife Song"??? Not sure the exact name or who did it, but it says If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, never make a pretty woman your wife, so from my personal point of view, get an ugly girl to marry you.
It also says something about she sure is ugly, her eyes dont match, but she sure can cook.

Does that ring any bells out there??? I love that song.

PS - FL residents - does Target have sumemr type stuff all year round - like waterwings, swimshoes, capris etc etc?? We have the Friday all day in Cape Canaveral and there are a few things I would like to pick up that they don't carry up here becuase the 'season' is over. Also - anyone know any other good stores in that area?? What is this Koh;'s I keep hearing about - is it a dept store like Sears??

Hey, sorry for the delay in answering the FL questions. You're probably going to have a hard time finding any summer items in the stores when you get here. My first thought was Ron Jons, but I've never been there and I read in a later post that you said it was expensive. There maybe a Sports Authority or something like that near the port, they may carry swimming stuff year round, maybe check their website for locations near port?

I'm trying to find some snorkel things, Esther wants a new bathing suit and we are having a hard time, looks like we are going to have to order on line.

For all you northerners out there, I actually had to turn my air conditioner off for the last 2 days, it got cold here. I think our high was like 70 or something...brrrrrr!

it was pretty chilly. I had to wear my Mickey house shoes today to keep my tootsies from freezing. I even wore my Donald Duck sweat shirt when I took Minnie for her walk this morning. I tis now 70 out on my patio which is really nice!!!

Hey Steve, glad to see you back around some!

As far as Palo, I just wore dockers and a Polo type shirt for brunch. They are resort casual for brunch, but no shorts.

Speaking of tiaras -- DD got off the bus wearing her pink sparkly belt around her head. I asked why she had a belt on her head and she informed me it was a tiara! So we can all just wear sparkly belts on our heads!

Good Evening Everyone,
I watched 3 boys today one DS and my friends twins all under 6 months !! I am crazy !!! My friend's dog was driving me crazy because it keep eating everything!! That was a experience !!! DS did not like me feeding the other boys!! Lets put it this way I am going to have a tall glass of wine at dinner to realx !! Well I have to get dinner on the table for DH and feed DS a bottle and I am just worn out. Check back later!!

I purchased the traditional tiara off of glitterdiva. The mickey mouse tiara was on ebay for 45 smackeroos. Just look under mickey mouse tiara. I think it has pink stones on the mickey mouse part. My sister has started calling me Joan Collins because I bought a tiara. I just sorry she won't be able to have the fun we will. Should we wear them the first day too, or just for formal night.
