Wild Africa Trek - Disney Visa Discount Fail

Hi I am trying to book the Wild Africa Trek and pay with my Disney Visa to get the 15% discount advertised on the Disney Visa site. I called Guest Services to book and the CM could not get the 15% discount to apply. He was able to get the discount to apply to the EPCOT Aqua Tour on the same call

Any ideas as to what the issue could be and how to solve?

I just booked for this tour for May. The cast member I spoke to was only able to give me my Disney Visa discount for the afternoon times. I would have preferred mornings but decided to go with afternoon to save the money.

I believe it is only for WAT at certain times, not the most popular early ones.

I just booked this tour for my birthday and was able to get the Passholder/DVC discount starting at 11:45am. They informed me that (even without the discount) it's considered 'low season' and coming up at the cheapest rate! In JULY?!?!?!

Guess everyone is holding off until GE opens which is fine by me!
