WIIgames& playstation games play in uk

Hi we are visiting UK in June & will have access to both machines will our games play on UK machines. being US versions are they compatible. thanks

wii and playstation consoles dont play american games unless they have had a software downloaded on to them but alot of people wont do this to their console as it makes the waranty invalid

Thanks so much are there used shops that sell games or can we rent them. Game stop here sells reasonable priced used ones.

Worth noting that new DSi exclusive games will be region coded so US games won't work on UK machines. Older DS games will be OK though.
