Wii U bundles- what is a good price?

Looks like this will be the big gift this year for Christmas for DS9. Mainly for the Mario Maker game. I can't really seem to find what a good price is for this system though, it seems like they are all over the place. Can anyone give me an idea of what the going rate is for the Wii U system and what a good price/bundle would be in case I see something to jump on?

The system retails for $299.99 new and will include a game of some type (Super Mario 3D World or Mario Kart 8 I believe are the two current bundles, there also might be another one with two games in it that goes for around $350). Some stores with package extra games/controllers with the systems to try to make more money.
Haven't heard of any rumors of a price drop coming soon. Black Friday might bring a deal or two.

I have seen Wii U bundles on sale for $250-$260 regularly. (The one with Super Mario 3D World is common. The Splatoon bundle was on sale for $250 at one point, too.) The sales tend to only last for a few days at a time, but they pop up often.

I was going to say about $250 also is a reasonable on sale price. Pay attention to the bundle you get though, it's not a deal if you are paying extra for a game you don't really want!

I've seen the Mario Maker bundle but that was the regular $299. I'm sure that will be on sale at some point too

Ebay has Wii U 32gb Deluxe Set $259.99. I saw it on their Daily Deals page.

We bought ours from target when you could earn the 20% off coupon around black friday. I have also seen it on the Target Cartwheel app.
