Wii rock band Beatles question...

If I have the Guitar Hero World Tour for my Wii, can I buy the rock band Beatles game to use with it? Would the instruments still work?

No it won't work, sorry. Only the Rock Band controllers will work with the Rock Band game. Same with Guitar Hero - only works with Guitar Hero games.

That's actually incorrect--Rock Band publishes a compatibility list that should help. Check it out here: http://www.rockband.com/compatibility

We've used the Guitar Hero guitars with Beatles' Rockband at my library. Works great! However, using the Guitar Hero guitars with regular Rockband, another story.

I have Guitar Hero World Tour and Beatles Rock Band. Works together just fine.

They are compatiable, just be careful beacause the Guitar Hero has more drums than rock band drums. But you should be fine with the guitars.

I must apologize, then! When I asked the store clerk when I was buying my rockband stuff and wanted a guitar hero guitar, I was incorrectly told you can not use one with the other. Thanks to those who corrected me!

I used a 360 Guitar Hero guitar with Beatle Rock Band game and it worked fine! (However, the 360 headset mic didn't work)
