I've been doing my fitness coach every day for 30 min since getting it 3 weeks ago. Maya (the trainer) has definitly kicked it up a bit on me and the cardio is a bit harder for me to keep up, but that's the idea to keep pushing myself.
I can't say I love my 30 minutes with My Fitness Coach each day, but I definitly feel better after completing my workout. I've never been one to go to a gym so doing this at home is a huge plus for me. You can't compare My Fitness to Wii Fit. My Fitness is MUCH more of a workout. Wii Fit is a game that gets you moving.
I feel more toned and can see improvements in how my clothes feel, but I've only lost 2 lbs or so since starting it. I've recently lost 55lbs following the principals of WW so the last 20lbs is going to be a bit harder to come off I presume.
