Now while I'm no athlete, I've always considered myself reasonably fit.
With my Karate training twice a week and a wee bit running Im in no bad shape.
Or so I thought........
Now Ive never really got Yoga (I'm more a sweat on the brow work out kinda lass )
but after trying the Wii Yoga I bow in respect to any one who does it !!!
Muscle I never knew I had are screaming every step I take.
That said I did enjoy it ,maybe once I can actually move again I might just give it another bash ..................!!
