Wii Fit Plus Users: What do you think so far?

I got my Wii Fit on July 25, 2009.
I have lost 22.5 lbs since then.
I want to get the Wii Fit Plus in the next few weeks.

Is there any privacy to the wii fit...meaning if i do this will everyone in my house that uses the wii know my dreaded number. I am wondering if there is a password for me only and will any of my info be visual if someone happens to come in while i am doing this. We have the wii fit but i would be interested in getting the new wii fit plus....i am not brave like those biggest losers:eek:
The Wii fit plus uses your stored info on your Wii system. I have my weight locked so only I can see it. So if you had the original Wii Fit and had info recorded there you can use your same login and keep your info there. When you select your Mii it will bring up your info. If you only have the Plus you can still create a 4 digit password.

Thank you that is good news!!

For people who are finding themselves losing weight - what exactly are you doing? Which activities are you finding the best results with? Thanks!

I've been doing Wii Fit for 13 days and went back on Weight Watchers too. I've lost around 3 pounds which is really good for me -its usually slower for me. I just pick the routine with warm up, tummy, overindulged, figure and hips and work out for 30 minutes a day.

I would like to know what routines people are doing for losing weight also... I have only tried it a couple of times since opening it last weekend, I find it fun but like the Basic Step is very BORING for me, I like the Advanced Step and find myself repeating that over and over.... do you get to unlock other workouts as you go or what? Cause I'll go crazy if I have to keep doing Advanced Step.

Tried the Hula Hoop which I like but can never get my Mii to move to catch the other hoops.... oh well I will keep trying! I have tried a few poses in the yoga, not sure if that's for me just yet but still working on it. :confused3

I also saw that you can create your own routine but have not yet done that. What would you suggest to add, as in, order wise and workouts?

I do have the wii fit, not the plus, and I have been using it some. Has anybody tried my fitness coach? I'd like to try it. Wondering if anybody has it.

If you lean left kinda pick up your right foot and when you lean right pick up your left foot, just a little and then your mii will lean :-)

I have been using it since 12/26 and have lost 3.3 lbs so far. I do yoga, some strngth training(plank, torso twists, tricep extensions) island cycling, rythmn boxing, the chicken flying thing and the segway. The Hula hoop frustrates me too.....

I ordered the Wii Fit Plus/ balance board/ Biggest Loser bundle pack from Target. I can't wait for it to get here. It also included the Biggest Loser cookbook.

Has anyone played the Biggest Loser game? What do you think of that one?

We've had ours for 10 days and the whole family loves it (except the baby, who gets mad at being stuck in the exersaucer while Mommy plays). I really like the hula hoop, boxing, ski jump, segway and some of the strength training stuff. We're in the midst of a major remodel and right now we have an extremely limited amount of space in front of the tv (about a 3' x 4' area) so I can't do anything that requires me to get down on the floor, but the standing exercises are great.

My biggest problem is getting off Wii Sports Resort (I'm addicted to table tennis and wakeboarding) long enough to do Fit Plus stuff!

I don't have it but read some reviews that weren't great. I tried a friend's wii Active that she highly recommends and it looked good for a more "serious" workout.

On a side note I'm loving wii fit plus, had the fit, got plus for $20 and its definitely worth it. I did a 40 minute workout this morning (but got rythm kung fu which I haven't done before and stink at - big time and quit)... Anyway, my muscles feel it already and I'd been doing a different workout thing, so I'm kind of glad to see the wii working some different muscle groups.

I just got the Wii for Christmas so I am new at all the different games. Could you tell me if you can just pick out the game you want to play on Wii Sports Resort, or do you have to go through a series of games to get to the different level. We bought the Wii play and do not like it because you can not just pick out the game you want to play. Thanks.

I LOVE:love::love: My Wii Fit Plus!

The game that I find myself sweating the most while playing is that silly obstacle course! I try to run and jump through it and I have actually made it all the way through both the beginner and advanced levels. I get so obsessed with actually making it through, that I find myself huffing and puffing and sweating, and I still continue to try it because I have to get through the dang thing:cool2:. I think I did that one game, by myself, for almost 40 minutes one day! My kids think it is hysterical when I get bonked by a cannonball or flattened by a log:rotfl2:.

I have lost about 6 pounds so far and my goal was to lose 12 pounds by April 1. I *should* be able to make it, but I haven't figured out how to adjust the deadline or goal weight. If I can make it, I will be at my lowest weight in the last 10 years:cheer2:!

I do like it! But I'm absolutely shocked at how much my 6yo is playing with it! He has made profiles for all of our animals and loves the games! I really like that you can switch users without backing out entirely so we can play together.

I swear it is not as sensitive as wii fit. I can play hula hoop on regular wii fit and I'm fine and I play on wii fit plus and it doesn't record me moving the exact same way ??

The scale seems off too. I was 2lbs less on wii fit plus on the same day at I played wii fit. I have no clue!

I'm glad other people have the same problem with the hula hoop that I do! Sometimes I can get my mii to lean over and sometimes I can't..My problem is I'm not coordinated enough to keep my hips moving and half lift one leg at the same time :lmao: I'll have to keep trying!

For the hula hoop, I figured out that it works better to pick up the hoops if when I lean to the right, I lift my left foot. Then for the left I lift my right foot. If I dont lift the foot, it doesnt see me as well.

I've had it for a year and I love it. I use the Wii Active with it. I have a long boxing/kickboxing routine I made up and it's awesome. Really gets you sweating and it's great for working out excess energy/anger.. :)

So far I love mine - I want to use it more - I still need to figure it all out I think it can do more then what I use it for.... I did 30 mins last night.. YEAH!!! We are doing a biggest looser at work and I want to WIN
