Wii Fit - Anyone have one?

Does anyone here have and use a Wii Fit? I only got mine this week - there's been a shortage here and it seems the stores are selling out of them as fast as they're coming in. They're pretty hard to get for those of us who work 9-5 and can't really leave during the day.

On Monday, I read on another message board that one of the Best Buy stores just got their shipment so I sent DF to go and pick one up. He made it in and managed to snag the last one! I didn't think he'd go since he was on lunch and the store was about 25 minutes away. Yay for DF!

Anyway, the games are lots of fun! My favourites are the soccer ball and hula hoops! The running game is funny because I keep passing the pace Mii. I have to say that it feels really weird running in place. I'm not too sure how I feel about the strength training exercises - I think I still prefer to do those with my trainer.

So does anyone have the Wii Fit - any tips or tricks? Anyone find any Easter Eggs :)
 
I'd love one but it is about #37 on my priority list. Hopefully by Christmas ---Ooh, or better yet, FOR Christmas.

Haven't been able to get my hands on one yet. Hoping to find one next week.
 
Yay, vicky you got one! I can totally understand you picking out the hula hooping. It is such a giggle.

Have to say right now my favourites are advanced step (which i use as a warm up before a run) and skiing. It does take a little while to get used to def and i do worry that i'm not doing stretches properly.

We got one for my dbf's birthday. So far, I use it more then he does. I enjoy the games and doing the yoga. Getting a little better at it though. I figure at this point, it's better then sitting in front of the computer or tv.
 
have one and love it! it's a lot of fun! I like the yoga...
 
Can anyone give me some tips on how to do the sideways leg lift? That's the one where you stand on one leg and then move that arm and the opposite leg out to the side. The game says to keep your balance and stay within the yellow area but I don't see how because the exercise causes you to lean to one side. I haven't managed to get any kind of a score yet :(
