I wouldn't count on getting it free. DVC has not officially announced it. It doesn't seem fair that some front desk people will waive it and some will not, they should be consistent.

We stayed at SSR last week and were charged for internet. $9.95 for 24 hours. I called to ask when it would be free and if they could wave the fee. I was told that they couldn't do that and that it would become free sometime this spring.
