It's available and free but can be spotty or slow at times.

Yes it's available and there is no fee. There's also WiFi in the parks, water parks and Disney Springs.

Wifi is available at the resorts for free .... In my experience, speeds vary greatly and can be very slow during peak times (mornings and evenings)
