How is the WiFi at AoA now that more people are on site? I'm hoping it is pretty strong (we'll be in the Cars wing), but I've heard the signal strength/speed is not great at most resorts. I was hoping that AoA would be a bit better since it was (presumably) built in with the resort's design, instead of being retrofitted like all the others.

TIA!

I was there opening week and the wifi was awesome. Each section will have its own dedicated wifi signal so the signal strength should be great. I've used the wifi at AKL and ASMo and both signals were strong at each resort which have way more people than AoA had at the time I was there.

1) Signal strength should be good.
2) However, speed depends upon the number of other using it.
3) At times, it is fast.
4) At times, it is slower than dial-up modems.

We went 2 weeks ago, and we found the signal strength and speed to be faster than the one at the Grand Floridian where we stayed the first half of our stay! There is only WiFi though, there is no wired internet (ethernet) available.

What DIDN'T have a good signal was our cell phones...you really had to go outside and search for bars. :)
