Wierd ebay questions? anyone else?

I was just wondering if any other ebay sellers get strange questions from potential buyers. I am selling my dads boat on ebay and I have seriously been getting the strangest requests/questions.
Heres mine:
1.Will I sign the boat over to them and they will make small payments for 2 years and then a balloon payment. WHAT? I am not a bank.
2.Will I wait to sell the boat after they sell the boat they currently own.
3. Tons and tons of questions asking about things very clearly spelled out in the auction. Not to mention I posted my fathers cell phone so they can call him and ask these questions.
4. Will I store the boat throught the winter. (thats my favorite)
5. Finally, Of course, I am getting the typical scam questions like they will send me a cashiers check for $25,000 and then I can western union them $5000,etc, etc, etc. Thats a scam. You send them the money and then the cashiers check gets returned as no good. I have gotten a dozen or so of those questions.

Anyone else with wierd questions??

no but I'm not selling anything as big as a boat. Goodness those questions are horrible and the scams. Good heavens.

The sad thing about those is that they are serious....

The scammers make me mad. DH got burned by someone that didn't want to pay for an item and then claimed we never sent it to him - nevermind the signature on the registered mail. The buyer had apparently done that few times and got blacklisted.

The weirdest one was after an auction of mine for 3 pair of ladies undies had closed (new still in package!), one of the guys (yes, guys) who didn't win emailed me to ask if I'd be selling any more anytime soon. I replied no, I didn't have any more that were new in package. He wrote back to say that he didn't mind if they were old or used and that he would prefer the larger sizes because they held his "package" better.
