WIERD - Disney Marathon 2009 is still OPEN

It closed last week for a few days, but it is back open for entries today.

OK, did they decide ther was more money to be made adn tehy could let more people on teh course? I'm really worried about teh crowding this year. Last year seemed bad to me adn now there will be more.

This will be my first full and sounds like the field just keeps getting larger. Since I'm a walker starting to worry about their ability to support everyone for the duration not to mention the crowding.

Liz - I would not worry about that. They increased last year and it was a hot year and they were fine. I htink they learned a huge lesson in 07 adn would be hard pressed to believe they'd screw that up again.

I found out from my Disney source that is was closed by accident. The limit is still only 22,000. Which is only 4500 more than last year
