Mixed feelings about our recent experience at The Villain's Lounge in BLT for Wicked Wind Down.
The good:
Great location with a wonderful view and comfy seating
The atmosphere is fun and not frenetic
The drinks were pretty good
The fireworks music is piped in and, even on a rainy night, the effect was magical.
The bad:
The food choices were a little limited with not a lot of flexibility
There was a major issue with the elevators (only one was working and we were packed in like sardines). I can't prove it, but am wondering if this is where one of us contacted COVID. We will always wonder.
For us it was a one and done, given the elevator issue and the cost. It was a special event for our family, but I think we've enjoyed the various fireworks dessert parties (Star Wars, Magic Kingdom) more.
