Wicked...who has seen it??

I saw the play in NY and loved it. I have the CD and listen to it constantly. I am trying to read the book but I just can't get into it because it is so different from the play. I am over halfway through and it just doesn't interest me at all.
I will try to read it now since I read that the end is so great.

The book & the musical don't have the same ending. That's why I was so shocked at the ending of the musical, after reading the book.

the play is amazing! i saw it 2 years ago and i LOVED it!! i've read the book, and i agree. it's just loosely based on the book, there's a lot of differences, but it's still a great book AND a great play.
