Wi-fi trouble at AoA

We are at AoA for 10 days, on day 5 now. In the evenings we connect but can’t load any pages or do anything. We have called and IT “reset” it twice and it is currently working mid-afternoon but the evenings and mornings are impossible.

Anybody else experience this?

Probably too many people using it in the evening... In August at Pop I had major slowdown of the WIFI during the evenings.

Yes, most guests are.
