Why would Disney cancel our reservations at LTT?

But he has to pay for damages that he caused because of his accident.

That doesn't make it the store's fault or the car's fault or anything else - he has to pay.

Same for Disney, their employee screws up they have to pay for the damages.

Am I missing something? Why are you so bitter and angry towards Disney? We are talking about dining reservations so what damages need to be paid?

Sure, it would really suck to find out that an ADR that you really wanted had been unexpectedly canceled but accidents happen and mistakes are made. None of the cases in this thread lead me to believe that rogue concierge CM's went wild canceling guests so they could look like dining heroes for other guests. So really, I think you need to dial it back a bit.

For all the posters that had ADR mix ups, I'm sorry! That really has to throw you for a loop. n2mm, I hope your next trip is sprinkled with much pixie dust because it really sounds like you deserve a magical vacation after your last one.

Thank you so much. That is very nice of you to sprinkle me. We leave at the end of the month and are looking forward to a get away. And, our arrival day we have an ADR for LeCellier -- I'll have my ADRs in my purse or fanny pack this time, but hoping this trip goes smoother than the last.

Oddly enough, this has happened to me twice - once before the dining plan ever existed (I think) and again during our first trip during free dining in 2005. In both cases, we decided to cancel a breakfast reservation toward the end of the trip simply because we were too tired to get up that early. When I called from our room to cancel, we were told that it had already been cancelled. :confused3 No big deal since we weren't going to keep it anyway, but I found it very odd - especially that it happened twice.
