Why won't they send us our confirmation???

We booked our Magical Gathering on January 2nd of this year. Since that time, we have called them FOUR times to ask that they mail us our confirmation. The kids in our party have been checking the mail in hopes of receiving something from Mickey. We've gotten NOTHING. We made our fourth request on Mother's Day and the CM we talked to said he would tell a supervisor about our problem and he assured us that all families in our Magical Gathering will receive a confirmation. We've received nothing yet. What is going on?? We've NEVER had this problem before. Will we need to call for a fifth time? Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Yes, I don't know what it is with them. You'll get it, don't worry, and then you'll get 3 more in the same week. Ask them for an email confirmation. I did this and got one right away.

is that they "outsource" the confirmation mailings to another company. This would mean that they save up all of their confirmations and send them in a batch.

This is not a good way of doing business. It is prone to errors and ommissions with very little accountability. e.g. "What do you mean they never got those letters we mailed out? We obviously sent them. Your customers just threw them away with the junk mail."

This is passing the buck in a major way. I have 2 Grand Gatherings scheduled. I received the first confirmation in about a week, and I have yet to receive the second one even after multiple requests.

I am content to have called several times to confirm with different agents. I also just received a special confirmation call for my Magical Gathering and they confirmed as well.
