Why VMK Pass Sounds Fantastic

After squirting out my feelings on what I saw today in the game, joece will move onto a much more welcoming coming, VMK Pass!

I have never been able to go in a host game, see it, and critique it since the beta days when they were CM_. I am really ecstatic to see the quality of these rooms in relation to player built rooms.

I am guessing waits can peak 55 minutes now for a host game with this, and that will be another thing to see. Just how long will the wait be?

I totally agree with you it took them long enough to finally release it and they pick a good time a year to use it because the host games at christmas and new years time are always the best to go in other than the other holidays.

But seriously, I totally agree. Only once have I ever gotten into a HOST event...needless to say I lost with a rather...amusing fall. rofl.

Are you kidding? Queue of 50 can take an hour or more to get in staff room.
Queue of 500+ will never see a staff game before the 3 hour game ends.

Before when they had unlimited queues you could wait **ALL DAY LONG** to get into game and still never get in.

I agree with this, they should have just extended the queue limit, not make it endless, now everyone in VMK will be in that line and we will have a way less chance of getting in, i think that we should have the pass without needing to get rid of queue limits. I really think taking away the queue limit is a mistake, i would rather keep clicking till i get in than click once and watch the queue go all day without getting anywhere. Think waiting behind 49 people takes long enough, how about waiting behind 2000+?

I think that extending the queue to 100 is fair, you can get twice amount of people in without having the entire VMK population to wait behind.

No, vmk pass is not live yet. At least not as far as I know! Yavn said it would be coming soon.

VMK Pass goes live next month.

My projections using my brain, with their novice crowd management skills:

For every 100 plus, the wait will extend 40 minutes.

We could be seeing Six Flag like queue times BUT

I would think they have a solution to this.

I am still very excited to see this feature.

Live wait projections with the feature would have been great.
