I was at disneyland and DCA for the past 4 days and splash was down for 3 days, Soaring had was half down one day, Grizzle River Run was down, indy was down, haunted mansion was down alittle down, pirates of the carribean had very low water levels. Anyone know if this is common during this time of the year.

these rides are running from 7AM - 12AM... they WILL break down...

try running your car 7AM - 12AM everyday...

Very well stated Albort. We never ran into any ride break downs over the last three days. Buzz stopped once for about a minute, but that was OK, I could rack up more points, LOL.

That happened to me once, and right in front of the first Zerg/hidden target.

Indy broke down while my Dh and I were waiting in line, on our way out the exit CM's were giving those waiting Fastpasses to come back later (for up to 5 people!) It was up and running within a few hours.

Yeah, one of the things that I've always appreciated about Disneyland was that when a ride breaks down for any substantial amount of time (like over 5 minutes) they always try their best to compensate for it (usually by giving out special passes). I do wish that they'd bring back the translator cards for Indy (I still carry the last one I got around in my wallet) because when the ride first opened and was breaking down a lot, it didn't matter because we appreciated having the extra time to translate the different encryptions on the walls.

We got walked off Splash Mountain when we were there. Right before the first inside drop. They gave us passes to re-enter the ride later but it was already 7:30 and we had just done it 2 times. They did tell us we could use it on any ride but then they wrote in the space Splash so we could only use it there :sad1: oh well we rode Splash 4.5 times that day :cool1:

If i tipped the ride operator at Buzz a few bucks, do you think that could be arranged? :lmao:

I'd love to have a pic with a smiling Hound @ 1 Million + points. :thumbsup2
