Sorry, you would think I was a Disney expert, but right now, my brain is not functioning.

I have 3 kids, one a Sr in high school..with Prom to get ready for, graduation, college forms etc... I cant even think or see straight.

For relaxation and a little enjoyment while Im waiting for the next load of laundry to finish in the washer, Im trying to plan my 2010 Disney trip. Im completely drawing a blank on character restaurants for breakfast at the resorts. I have your regular popular ones in the parks, but what am I missing? Are there any resorts, other than monorail resorts, that offer character breakfasts? If not, what resort breakfast would you recommend (other than monorail ones).

Cape May at the Beach Club has a breakfast where the characters are in swimsuits. Other than that the rest are at monorail resorts. Ohana at Poly, Chef Mickey at CR and Park Fair at GF. We haven't tried Cape May but we have an adr for May. Good luck with all the senior stuff. My DD graduated last year so I know what you're going through!

I've heard that Ohana is good for breakfast. I haven't been yet but have it scheduled for our trip in September.

Ohana is FANTASTIC! For both breakfast and dinner. We eat there at least once each trip.

Thanks for the Cape May idea. I completely forgot about that one.

All the times I go to Disney, I seem to go back to the same places over and over because I love them so much. Next year, I will be minus 2 teens and it will just be me, hubby, and DD. With the extra savings on airfare/tickets not having 2 of the kids with us, we will be staying a couple of extra days (10 instead of the usual 7 - 8), so I wanted to try some new places. I am also going to plan a more relaxing vacation with a few days by the pool instead of up at 6, in bed at midnight!

Has anyone ever tried the restaurant at Coronado? Is it similar to San Angel Inn?
