Why no Star Wars dessert party or DAH HS in Sept?

We just switched our December trip to September. I just went to try and book the dessert party or the After hours and neither are available.
Are they just not posted yet or are they not doing them?
With Star Wars land opening, it doesn't make sense to be that they wouldn't offer them. I feel like both would sell out.

For all its faults Disney doesn't like to appear to be monetizing excitement for new things. They'll tie access to resorts but they usually don't go for selling add-on tickets for new events. Give'em a year, then you'll see it.

General consensus seems to be that DAH will be on hiatus for a bit until the dust settles. I’m sure it will come back at some point, but nothing has been announced. They have events scheduled at MK and DAK post SWGE, but nothing at DHS.

I’d also add, they likely need a bit of operational history to know how to handle something like DAH. Major day guest carryover crowds/lines and DAH don’t go well together.

As for the SWAGS dessert party, I believe we’re in a waiting game there too to see when/if it will be scheduled going forward.

Park has extra magic hours everyday at 6:00am.

I think it makes perfect sense for them to hold off on DAH for a bit. The dessert party is notorious for being added late in the game.
