Last year I booked our october flights in January, even have the e-mail confirmation. What is the delay this year? The flights only go up to first week of September. Anyone have a guess when they will be out? Thanks, Linda

I know it was probably late March when I booked my early Dec flights last year. JB will open their window when they decide to. Never a good idea to try and figure it out. I have yet to find any rhyme or reason to the booking windows.
I did just book my flights for mid-Oct with Direct Air, and they were only open up to Sept 7 or so. So, perhaps JB isn't too far behind???

I'm waiting too :rolleyes1. I just looked back at my email and I bought our tix for Columbus Day weekend 2010 on March 5th (but the schedule had already been out for a bit as you say) so I'm hoping we see something soon.:goodvibes

maybe they are waiting to see how high the oil prices and jet fuel prices go in order to know what to start their fares at?

They are still changing, cancelling and moving flights around for their current schedule, plus the fares released for the summer are very high, so they probably are not in a hurry to release anymore fares yet. I've yet to buy my August airfare because the rates the highest we've ever seen them for late August. I'm not ready to even think about what my October fares will look like. Sales seem to be far and few now. Hope you're ready when the next wave of fares are released....I'm not.

I'm waiting for October too.....not from JetBlue, but either AirTran or Southwest - and neither of them have released the 2nd half of October yet.

So here's to waiting patiently and hoping someone here on the DIS will let us know when it happens! ...............:hourglass

I don't know the answer, but Southwest won't be posting October until March 8th...so maybe hey're waiting for the same info before posting schedules and prices? It may have something to do with the commodities markets and oil futures, but that's only a guess on my part.

Are you flying out of Worcester?

I am waiting for late Sept also. Last year they released these dates in early Dec!!! And the year before they didn't release them until March 6th. I am kinda scared also about high these are going to be. Last year I paid something like $119 or $129 each way. The BOS/MCO leg never went down and if the return leg went down it was not by much. I will be quite happy with something in this price range.

I am indeed. Flying with them next month and again in Oct. I've flown out of Worc before but that was about 10 years ago. I feel like a guinea pig of sorts.
We flew out of Worcester and in to Sanford on Allegiant Air, and really enjoyed it. Our only concern is the weather (we are cruising in January), and the fact that Direct Air has so few flights to work with if ours gets cancelled.

I'm getting really nervous and a bit angry...sort of!

I have Travel Bank credit that is going to expire but I can't use it for October, 2011 until JetBlue expands their dates!

I hate to lose all the credit when I am quite willing to book but they won't let me!

Any advice?

Thanks,
Susan Greene

What day does your credit expire on? I know that if you call to ask about them releasing the next round of fares no one will be able to tell you that but I would certainly call JB if it is only a couple of days past your credit expiration and see if there is anything they can do. That would make me just crazy!!!
