Why no digital copy for Toy Story 1 or 2?

I know it wasn't advertised to include a digital copy. However, Up, Monster's Inc. and Wall-E have downloads. Why not these? What are you thoughts?

My thought was the same. I have really started to like those digital copies. They come in really handy in lines at DW on the iphone.

I was so disappointed when I saw that none of them had the copy. I can't justify upgrading to a blu ray now (we already own the dvd's). I got all the others because it is so nice being able to let the kids watch them on their ipods. I actually spent a long time last night searching different stores, sure I was missing the digital copy, somewhere.

Target is advertising theirs as having the digital copy. I haven't gotten them yet so hopefully someone can come on and attest to it or not.

Targets ad shows blu ray + DVD only, it doesn't show a digital copy. And I did buy them there this morning, no digital copy. I have no idea why and I sure wish they did.

I am willing to bet my last Disney Dollar that the digital copies will be available with the 3 pack of Toy Story 1, 2 & 3 later on this year... ca-ching...

to convert any DVD to MP4 so that you can put it on an ipod without a digital copy. (I do it all the time.) Do a google or youtube search. It's not as quick or easy, but you can do it with movies already in your collection.

I bought mine at Target, also. No digital download. The cha-ching, probably around christmas, makes sense.

Can you tell me, either here or via PM what program you used?

I tried to find some on the web, but cant seem to find one that works.

Yarp on the ca-ching from the PP. I never even thought of that but I'll bet you're right. :confused3:

I also won't be upgrading from DVD unless there is a digital copy. I guess I will wait.
