Why no balconies at HRH and RPH?

I'm not saying I'm right, but I think balconies were not included because Loews may have felt that guests would hang things from them and clutter them so as to take would take away from the fantasic look and ambience of the properties.

Just a guess, because I see no other reason for not adding them to at least the higher priced suites.
