why isnt my flight listed on the Delta website?

bought ticks last Fri - just checked and my 2 flights down arent listed
is this normal to see them come and go? or did something happen I need to fix?

Did you buy them from the Delta website or somewhere else? Just for peace of mind I would call Delta.

Couple of questions. When you say not listed...not listed where? Also, where are you flying from? You said 2 flights down, so I'll assume you're connecting in ATL or CVG. You should have received a 6 digit confirmation # from Delta as well.

ITA with CarolA on this. My flight home from FL in 3 weeks is off every website, totally sold out, quite possibly over booked. It's not shown up on the flysong site for about 2 weeks now.

Can you pull up your itinerary? If not, get thee on the phone ASAP!!!

Now I dont want to upset you but Song/Delta has a bad habit of changing times/canceling flight without notifing you. I would call. They canceled my flight last fall and forgot to move my family of 5 along with most of the other passengers to a new flight. LOL Guess they thought we were just going to pay to sit on the plane for awhile. When I called the Song customer service laughed and moved us to a new flight. I called back as this flight was moved and this time we were on a flight but had NO SEATS. The good thing is if they cancel the flight you get to change to a better time for you if it is available for no extra cost. I had wanted to change to a flight the night prior to my original flights but didnt want to pay the change fee. This allowed me to do it for free. Saved me the cost of 5 change fees of $25.

I got on the phone last night - they said my flight numbers & times are still what I ordered - told them they didnt show up on the website - she really didnt have an answer for me

For flysong.com the flights disappear when sold out.

For delta.com the flights may disappear if not part of the nine cheapest itineraries they decided to show, and also if the flights are sold out.

If you booked on line you can view your itinerary on line and the flight(s) or any irregularities will show there. There are other ways to verify whether a flight still exists, I don't recall at this moment.

Always ask for seat assignmens, any seat assignments if need be. You can check back and request changes later. Delta may bump passengers who did not succeed in selecting seats in favor of later checking in passengers who did.

Another thought is if you have a Delta Skymiles account and have chosen a PIN already, you can simply get into you Skymiles account on the Delta site. While there you will have the option of looking at the "my itineraries" section, where all your future flights' itineraries and seat selections are located.

Oh and you can check your SkyMiles balance there too

What are your flight times and flight numbers? I had the same problem. Found them after looking a little deeper.
