Hi there. Our favorite resort after 15 years is still the BWV. Location was the best choice on the list, as we love being within walking distance of two parks, but we also really love the atmosphere at the BW and the food options! Between all the restaurants at the Crescent Lake Resorts and all the restaurants in the two parks, it can't be beat for food choices. Hollywood Derby restaurant is my favorite and my husband loves a couple of the dishes at Big River Grille.

That feeling of being away on vacation and fully submersed in it is the third reason why we love BWV, which leads me to our second favorite resort, AKV.

So far, this family is just as happy with our home resorts choices today as we were the first day we purchased :)

OMG, how to choose! SSR is home. Just love the peaceful feeling and close proximity to DTD and that VIEW from CP. Can't beat it.

BWV and BCV for location, location, location...especially during F and W.

I love them all, let's face it!

We now spend more time at our resort than in the park, so resort amenities have taken on a greater importance. For us, it is important to have both a quick service location and table service restaurant that we enjoy. Also, onsite shops are considered; some have much more to offer.

I like BLT for location. I like being able to walk to MK. I like that I can walk over to MK bus stop and ride over to any other resort to eat dinner.

Resort and location. Aulani. Love Hawaii. Love the resort and all of its amenities. Best DVC resort I've been to so far.

I did NOT post in this poll because I do not have a favorite DVC. We have stayed at all of the East Coast DVCs and I like all of them. I own at 3 -- SSR, AKL, and BWV. I love HHI -- will celebrate my 65th bd there in 2016 in a Grand Villa, enjoy Vero, where else but AKL can you have animals off your balcony, and how can you beat the closeness to parks with BCV, BWV, BLT or WL? I love listening to the sound of the MK train from BLT and WL. When my nephew graduates from UC-Santa Cruz we have promised him 2 nights with family in a 2 br at VGC. The only one we may miss is Aulani. Went to Hawaii for our 35th wedding anniversary, not sure we're going back.

You just can't miss with DVC.

Our vote is Bay Lake, although our home is AKL-Kidani. We like it for the location since our family's favorite parks are MK and Epcot, in that order.
We stayed there 2 years ago and we felt safe letting our very responsible DS15 (now 17) walk to/from the MK on his own if we wanted to go back to the room. I love the access to the MK walking trail, monorail, lake view, the accessibility to the Contemporary's restaurants and shops, boat rental (tried that last time - loved it!)....the rooms are just ok, but what I mentioned above are what makes it my family's favorite resort. Would love to own there!

My favorite WDW resort is the WL. Love that place! So relaxing. The decor and the grounds are so peaceful. Love that there is quick service and room service. I'd have to go with Resort for that one.

I bought into DVC because of the various themes each resort "used to have". We enjoyed visiting the different resorts because of the different themes. Lately, when the rooms have been "updated", the themes seem to be disappearing.

Boardwalk had a whimsical theme, OKW had a Key West theme, Beach Club-beachy theme and so forth. I fear the resort rooms may be losing the themes regarding their decors and become one common model room, each resort room looking like all the other resort rooms regardless of whether it a room at BWV or BCV, etc.

I picked other.. I LOVE how small BC is, every room is close to every thing..

Followed by a CLOSE 2nd for location..

Location, location, location......
We own at SSR and it is by far my favourite resort. I love being able to walk over to DTD and it's a short bus ride to Epcot.

I wanted to pick two selections: Location and Point Costs.

For me standard rooms at the BWV are the best deal in the system giving me an excellent location and a great point cost.

I like the room at VGF but not the resort so much, and I like the resort of VWL but not the room. (I haven't stayed in the new rooms yet.)
