Why is the Post Thread button orange?

I noticed today that the Post Thread button is now orange and I'm curious to know why it is? Because whenever I post the Post Thread button has always been blue. What does this mean?

Ok I thought this was something happened with my computer.

I wonder if there is a setting on here to change it back to blue.

It reverted to the OOTB style, along with a few others. I've been switching them back.
