Why is the Disney Store site SO constipated???!!!

Anyone else have trouble last night or today? I found some good Xmas gift bargains and free shipping, but I can't seem to check out.

How can such a HUGE company ahve such a crappy site??

Have you tried emailing them? You might find out that it has something to do with your cookies.

I'm having the same problems. Other sites come up with no problems, so cookies aren't the problem.....I knew I shouldn't have waited until the last hour to pre order lilo and stitch.

I am having the same problem! Amazing they complain their business is down yet its impossible to spend money on their site!

I have nothing but problems I have 3 computers, work, travel, and Home. The only one I can ever order anything on their site is my home one. I can order anything from anyother site no problems. Another thing is that it is hard to order something for someone else. Like I place orders for my mother for her grandkids, and I have to basically set her up an account there inorder to do. I have tried to change the shipping address while ordering impossible. Maybe one of my others can do that while the other pays for it.

what gets me is that I was told last week I couldn't get the internet price on an item since I was ordering over the phone...yet, just the day before, I was given the same prices as adjustments by the cm. I love Mickey and the parks but I'm just about fed up with Disneystore.

I was having problems ordering Sun evening and Monday so I called them Tues am and they honored the sale prices and I was able to place my order. I didn't ask them right out what was wrong with their website because I wasn't sure if it was my computer or that I was trying to go through ebates. The only bummer is that I won't get my ebates credit! Oh well, DD wants her princess pj's and I'm happy they are now $12 instead of $19.99!
