Why is the Dis so slow?

Hello!

I was just wondering why the disboards seem to be so slow the past two weeks. It takes forever for threads to come up. Is there anything I can do on my computer to speed it up. My computer is new its only two months old I have a HP Pavilion dv6000 and all others site come up super fast.

anyway just curious any help would be great! and much appreciated!

Too many Disney lovers that enjoy talking!

The servers are just overloaded. We are getting new servers for Christmas. There is a thread here somewhere about it. Hopefully when the upgrade is complete things will move a bit faster.
