Why is the Concourse steakhouse closing?

I called for an ADR and they said it is closing in May for good. Why?

That space will be used for something I'm not clear about, either an expansion of Chef Mickey's or a counter service. Can't remember.

A new restaurant called The Wave will open on the first floor of CR in the summer.

The Concourse Steakhouse location is turning into the Contemporary's new counter service location, that is to be called Chef Mickey's Express.
