my little doggie just HAS to go outside to go potty????? Had to take the umbrella with outside and the water was up to my ankles!!!!

My dog hates the rain. Even when he has to go, he hates to go out in the rain. We have to drag him out and he takes two steps off the porch, goes right away and drags us back in the house.
