Why is it, even when we are completely innocent,

I hate, hate, hate it when a police officer gets anywhere near me when I'm driving. I always get scared and I don't ever speed or anything! I'm always so relieved when they go on ahead of me.

On the other hand I had a good time with JayPD at DIS Con but then that was because I was always guilty of something then too.
