Why is Hollywood Studios Counter / Quick Service so Mediocre?

HS qs food is just "okay" in our book. No real standout places like Flame Tree at AK, Columbia Harbour House at MK, or Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. We decided to do the H&V character lunch buffet for the Fantasmic pkg and we'll probably just grab sandwiches and cupcakes for dinner before heading to Fantasmic.

OK, maybe I overstated the case in the title saying it is "BAD" (clickbait, lol) but it isn't GOOD - nothing really seems to "grab" me or make me want to go there for the food. Nothing special or particularly interesting.

Changed the title from BAD to Mediocre.

IMHO, while DS doesn't have a standout place that we never miss like the other parks, the CS is perfectly acceptable for a theme park.
