Having worked 3-11pm the last 3 days, I come back to the DIS to find several upsetting theads.

Then, I receive a really sweet PM from someone hiding behind an alias.

Don't bother PMing me again, I've turned off that feature thanks to you.

I think it's a hormonal moon thing. I've noticed men and women both being out of sorts. Heck, I've even been a ***** to myself lately (as well as those that I am close to ).

Sorry to hear that, Blondie. And sorry you feel the need to turn off your PM link because of another's nastiness, especially under an alias. I was told about another who had the same experience very recently, a pm from an alias. Cowardly indeed.

Nope, it wasn't the stress of the season at all. I just wanted to make sure it was read. Sending it under my name would have ensured an instant delete without reading. At least this way I know it was read, and I'm happy to claim it.

I got a PM myself from a name I don't recognize.

I was off the 'net since early Friday afternoon, and I don't even know what this person was talking about.

The PM'er referenced some people who have out of their way repeatedly to lie about me and harm me in other ways, yet they're asking how low friends of mine can go? Unbelievable!

Brenda felt it was necessary to PM ALL members of another group...to admonish us for some erroneous slight...


I ALWAYS read my PM's...almost as soon as I recieve them, unlike others who see MY name and ignore my notes to them.

I NEVER judge/decide what a PM will say prior to reading it, JUST because of who sent it...and I think it's wrong to do so.
