Why is DL Closing at 5:00 PM on Oct 27th?

Just checking the hours of operation for our trip next week and noticed that DL closes at 5:00 PM while DCA doesn't close until 8:00 PM.

Did somebody rent out DL for the night?

How do they determine if you are supposed to be in the park for the special event or not?

If it is a special event the park will close at 5, all regular guests must exit...then they'll reopen later for the guests with special tickets. I think.
